Super Late Models and
Open Wheel Modifieds join World Crown 300 weekend

Jefferson, GA - - Peach State Speedway in Jefferson, Georgia is
making plans got the Annual World Crown 300 on November 6th-9th.
In addition to the World Crown Pro Late Model 200 which will be
run on Sunday afternoon, November 9th, the Super Late Models and
Open Wheel Modifieds have been added to the mix. The Super Late
Models will run a 100 lap event on Saturday, November 8th. The
schedule of events are in the works and the Open Wheel Modified
date is yet to be announce.
Peach State local classes including the Outlaw Late Models, Toyota
Tundra Super Trucks, Sportsman and Mini Stocks will compete during
the weekend. More information will be added to Peach State Speedway's
website soon. Check www.peachstspeedway.com often for info. In
addition, an online event registration form will be posted on
the site soon.

GAS Series reschedules
Peach State date
Jefferson, GA - - The Georgia Asphalt Series has announced that
the Sunday, October 12th date at Peach State Speedway has been
rescheduled to Saturday, October 4th. There are many factors involved
with this decision", according to GAS Series Director Vince
Whitmire.
The next GAS Series event is scheduled for Watermelon Capital
Speedway in Cordele, Georgia on Saturday, August 2nd.

Five Flags Speedway's
1st Annual Bike Fest Sept 19-21
Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Fl will be
hosting their first annual Bike Fest September 19th through 21st.
Currently the hunt is underway for sponsorship for this huge event
as well as vendors.On the program, at this time, are Supermoto
Races, Flat Track Races, a stunt bike show, bands and one heck
or a good time! See

SMS Reschedules 3rd
Annual "Topless 40"
Due to excessive amounts of rain at South MS Speedway and rain
in forecast for this weekend the Management of SMS has decided
to reschedule the $4,000 to win UMP Modified Topless 40 for July
25th and 26th. SMS will be hosting a regular racing program on
Saturday June 28th weather permitting.

Date Change At East Alabama
HUNTSVILLE, AL—The Carl Black Top Track
Challenge Series has and announced date change for the second
event at the East Alabama Motor Speedway. The date was set for
Sunday night August 31st, but that date has been moved to Saturday
night August 30th and it will be a 40 lap event paying $2,000
to win and $200 to start.
The next Carl Black top Tracks Challenge Series
event will be Sunday night May 25th at the Rome Speedway in Rome,
GA., a 30 lap $1,500 to win event. |
